I would guess most longtime dungeon masters have had an adventure where you go in someone's dreams. This is sort of like that. Player characters enter the dream domain of the goddess of "night wishes" and find that entering is easier than escaping. 

I tried to avoid the kind of "Okay, what's your character's greatest fear? Spiders? Guess what, you see a spider" kind of encounter and instead focus on presenting puzzles and situations with dreamlike  logic. Call it fun-house adjacent.

I've been a longtime fan of Skullfungus and it was a thrill to work together on this. I think his patented weirdo cute/gross illustration style fits just right in this messed up dream world.
